Yoga and functional movement improves your stability and strength which translates to real-life situations like bending, lifting, running, etc. It's the best way to prevent injuries and enhances your physical and mental wellbeing.

Do you sometimes tell yourself, "I don't have time to exercise"? Life is busy. I understand - I’ve worked in corporate environments, and a hectic day can drain you. If you want more vitality, movement plays a key role in rebooting energy levels. Even at a basic level, a consistent movement practise, be it short or long improves your fitness and mobility!​

My classes are inspired by and based on principles of functional anatomy. I combine traditional Hatha Yoga with LYT™ Yoga method, (the only style of Yoga created by a Physical Therapist, Lara Heimann). LYT™ Yoga is core-based Vinyasa (Yoga flow) that pays specific attention to retraining postural imbalances. Safe, smart alignment is central to the practise thereby achieving stability, and enhanced mobility.

The wealth of knowledge I've gained through rigorous and authentic teacher training, allows me to bring you a sustainable style of yoga that is completely uplifting. Whether you're an experienced Yogi or new to Yoga, I am committed to igniting your passion for movement by guiding you through this truly transformative practice.
